Financial Profiles

Within the first 48 hours of placement our staff will perform an initial financial profile on your debtor.

This will include the following:

01

Landlord information. Property locations, square feet of each location, length of time as resident, and pay history.

02

Vendor information. Length of time as a customer, term of sale, high credit, pay history.

03

Bank information. Average balances on accounts, CD's and other securities, lines of credit, installment loans, who has check signing authority, NSF history. UCC search, trade reference verification.

04

Debtor information. Length of current employment, incorporation verification, other business licenses held.

Audit Approach

To retain existing clients this "non-threatening" approach is often used for early placement accounts (60-90 day delinquencies)

Standard Placement

This is the most common placement. Once placed the account is forwarded to a financial profile investigator. A full comprehensive search is conducted to identify all assets and liabilities of your debtor. SD Revenue Partners staff of professional collectors will then use this information with proven collection techniques to recover your losses as quickly as possible.

Legal Placements

If it is determined that an account can not be collected on a voluntary tone SD Revenue Partners will offer to split the costs of up-front legal fees with you if we feel the case is suit worth. The account will then be forwarded to a licensed, bonded and insured commercial collection attorney from our nation-wide network.

Offering your client's credit gives your business the edge it requires to stay competitive and secure long-term business relationships. To retain this edge one must also accept the reality that some of your collection accounts will require outside help.
